At PiP we work with parent carers of children and young people with additional needs and disabilities aged 0-25 living in Croydon.

Our aim is to improve lives of parents by providing specialist support, expert training and up to date local knowledge and information.

We care about the individual, about inclusion and about recognising that success for different people comes in different ways.

At PiP we offer the following:

- Opportunities to empower parents to speak up and act for themselves, helping them to realise their potential and achieve the outcomes that matter to them and to their family

- Providing training and information that makes people feel more in control of what they are doing and better able to respond to challenges they face.

- Providing access to support from experienced Family Link Workers to ensure that parents feel heard and more able to act in a range of situations.

- A well-established network to connect communities, signpost individuals and reduce feelings of isolation.

I wanted to say another big thank you for your input. I was ready to throw in the towel but you encouraged me to not give up.

Fantastic course, extremely valuable to our family in making it easier to communicate with our son who has speech delay, and also to communicate with our 1 year and 6 month old.

She was a lifeline at one of the worst times I have had with my daughter; always supportive and happy to listen when I had no one else to turn to.
